About

A practical, half-day learning experience, designed for employers, managers, supervisors, HR professionals and frontline staff. The program will be led by respected local Indigenous Elders, Knowledge Keepers and Cultural Carriers whose work has already inspired thousands of students and hundreds of educators.

The late Justice and Senator Murray Sinclair said, Selkirk is what reconciliation looks like, but we still have lots of work to do.

Why attend?

This is not a lecture on history. It is a welcoming, respectful space where participants can learn about traditional teachings and have fun and ask the hard questions they may have been hesitant to ask elsewhere.

Cultural understanding is not simply a social responsibility. It is an important leadership and business skill that strengthens workplaces, customer service, recruitment, retention and community relationships.
